Worth knowing in Pakistan

A company, not a sole proprietorship

Only companies and limited liability partnerships are incorporated with the SECP. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal entity, and Apple enrols its owner as an individual. The D-U-N-S number we look for is the company's.

Your NTN comes through the SECP

The SECP forwards your incorporation details to the FBR, which then issues the company's NTN. The name on the FBR record should match your certificate of incorporation and the name you give us.
